2.2. User Responsibility: All exercises and routines provided by TimerFIT are suggestions. You are responsible for choosing which exercises and routines to perform. We strongly recommend that you select exercises that match your fitness level and abilities.

2.3. Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that engaging in physical exercise and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or health complications. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

3.1. No Medical Advice: TimerFIT is not a medical or healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice. All content provided through the application, including exercises and routines, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

3.2. No Guarantees: TimerFIT does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the application. Your results may vary based on various factors, including your fitness level, health status, and adherence to the routines.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Injury and Health Issues: TimerFIT and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from your use of the application. You agree to release and hold harmless TimerFIT from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in any exercise or fitness program provided through the application.

4.2. Third-Party Content: TimerFIT may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of such content and are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party content.

5. User Conduct

5.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm TimerFIT, its users, or its operations. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, spreading malware, or engaging in any illegal activities.

5.2. Content Submission: If you submit any content to TimerFIT, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute such content. You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1. Subscription Plans: TimerFIT offers various subscription plans, including monthly, annual, and lifetime options but not limited to. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the chosen plan.

6.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for partial periods.

6.3. Definition of Lifetime: The lifetime plan grants the user access to TimerFIT for the duration of the application's existence. TimerFIT reserves the right to determine the operational period of the application, and "lifetime" refers to the period during which TimerFIT continues to operate and provide its services.

6.4. Account Activity: The lifetime plan will remain active as long as the user's account is not deleted or canceled by the user. If a user deletes or cancels their account, the lifetime plan will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

6.5. Termination of Service: TimerFIT reserves the right to terminate the service or the lifetime plan in the event of significant changes to business operations, such as mergers, acquisitions, or the discontinuation of the application. In such cases, TimerFIT will provide reasonable notice to users.

6.6. Plan Changes: TimerFIT reserves the right to modify subscription plans, including their features and pricing. Any changes to subscription plans will only affect new subscribers. Existing subscribers will maintain their current plan features and pricing as long as they keep their subscription active without interruption. This applies to all subscription types, including lifetime plans, which will retain the benefits offered at the time of purchase as outlined in sections 6.3-6.5.

7. Modifications to Terms

TimerFIT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the application or via email. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7.1. Access to New Features: Users with a lifetime plan will have access to all core features of TimerFIT available at the time of their purchase. TimerFIT may develop and release new features or premium content that may not be included in the lifetime plan. Access to such features or content may require additional fees, which will be clearly communicated to lifetime plan holders.

7.2. Feature Development: While TimerFIT aims to continuously improve and expand its services, the inclusion of all future features in the lifetime plan is not guaranteed. TimerFIT will strive to provide valuable updates and enhancements to all users, including those with a lifetime plan.

8. Product Issues and Updates

8.1. Bug Fixes and Maintenance: TimerFIT is committed to maintaining the functionality and stability of the application. We regularly release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance security. These maintenance updates are provided to all users at no additional cost.

8.2. Service Interruptions: While we strive to maintain continuous service, TimerFIT may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance and resolve any unplanned interruptions promptly.

8.3. Issue Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any issues, bugs, or technical problems they encounter while using TimerFIT. Reports can be submitted through our support channels or by emailing timerfit.web@gmail.com. While we will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues, we do not guarantee specific resolution timeframes.

8.4. Platform Updates: TimerFIT may update the application's platform, infrastructure, or technology stack to maintain compatibility with modern web standards and improve overall performance. These updates may occasionally require users to update their browsers or devices to maintain full functionality.

9. AI-Generated Content and Graphics

9.1. Use of AI Technology: TimerFIT utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology to generate certain graphics, images, and visual content within the application. Users should be aware that some visual elements they encounter may be AI-generated rather than traditional photography or artwork.

9.2. Quality and Representation: While we strive to ensure all AI-generated content meets our quality standards, users acknowledge that such content may have inherent limitations or variations typical of AI-generated media. These images are intended to be representative and illustrative rather than exact depictions.

9.3. Intellectual Property: All AI-generated content used within TimerFIT is either created through services for which we hold appropriate licenses or generated through our own authorized AI implementations. These materials are protected under our intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside of the application without explicit permission.

9.4. Content Accuracy: While AI-generated content is designed to complement the user experience, users should rely primarily on the textual instructions and descriptions provided for exercise guidance. AI-generated visuals should be considered supplementary to, not replacements for, proper exercise form and technique.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
